Please show up on time and be prepared to join the warm-up. You are more than welcome to arrive early and warm up and/or roll for extra mat time. Please check back here often for updates. Note the change in weekday start time. Feel free to arrive early to help unroll the mats, warm up or practice techniques. Check back here for updates. In January we will continue working the guard pass and then maintaining side-control. As we progress it is important to be able to maintain the side-control long enough to take the Mount, or move to another position of attack to obtain a submission



























Information about the classes will be provided when you first show up. Please be aware that you are responsible for your own health and well-being during, and as a result of being in the class.

If you haven't had a physical in awhile, get one or at least check with a doctor about your physical condition. This can be strenuous when we get going.

If you are injured we will call an ambulance if the situation dictates, you will be responsible for the costs. If the inury is minor, sit out a few sessions, do not risk permanent injury for the sake of class.

Please consider buying a Gi if you stay beyond the initial 20 free classes.

Other safety equipment is optional, but you are reponsible for your own injuries.

After 10 classes you will be allowed to roll with another partner who has 10 or more classes. Until this time, you can practice the techniques, observe those who are rolling, work out, or leave.
